Job Title : Senior Tax Manager
Location : San Jose, CA (HYBRID) JOB DESCRIPTION : We need someone to help out during our yearend provision season as we look to hire a full time senior tax manager to backfill our current senior tax manager.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent; CPA, a plus
- 7+ years total of income tax provision experience - working in a Big 4 and inhouse team
- ASC 740 knowledge, with experience preparing and reviewing corporate income tax returns, provisions, and reporting disclosures for form 10-K.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and ability to multitask
