The Operations Performance Manager is responsible for growingand retaining the Dealer Solutions portfolio, including F&I,DMS, and Service products for franchise and large independentautomotive dealers in their assigned territory.

This role advocatessolutions that drive organic value for the client. They provideinsights into the entire suite of products by connecting theproducts to solve key dealer business challenges and propose ideasthat help dealers reach their business objectives.

They serve asthe primary point of contact for Dealertrack and Xtime solutionswhile bringing expertise from variable and fixed operations tooptimize the client experience.

This position owns, deepens, andcontinually builds relationships with the dealers they areresponsible for.

This is a regional positionthat will encompass Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. Preference willgo to in-region applicants.

WhatYou'll Do :

  • Drive effective and efficient utilization and transactions for CoxAutomotive Dealertrack and Xtime products within a contiguousgeography.
  • Ability to evaluate andprioritize dealer engagements based on the complexity of theirproduct mix, alignment with dealer goals, and Cox businessobjectives.

Build and maintain relationships with franchise andindependent auto dealerships to ensure customers' needs drive everypriority, decision, and activity.

  • Established a cadence with clients through virtual and in-storeengagements to gather required insights that increase portfolioutilization.
  • Implement process changesacross the utilization of various products to drive efficientcustomer transactions.
  • Drive upsellsorganically by identifying key barriers and core problems withtheir client's situations and opportunities and responding to theneeds of the customers
  • Partners closely withsales and leverage their deep product knowledge and expertise todrive new product offerings.
  • Proactivelymanage 'at risk' clients and use consultative strategies toidentify and develop an action plan to turn around and retain therelationship.
  • Use the Challenger-basedselling approach to manage and successfully close salesopportunities.
  • Required and responsible formaintaining product knowledge for the assigned portfolio to includenew releases or product enhancements in their direct area ofresponsibility.

Who You Are : MinimumRequirements

MinimumRequirements

Bachelor'sdegree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a relatedfield. The right candidate could also have a different combination,such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience;

a Ph.D. and 1year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field.

Safe drivers needed; valid driver's licenserequired

PreferredRequirements

  • At least 2years experience managing a fixed operations department in a retailautomotive setting
  • Working knowledge andexperience in retail automotive and broadens capabilities throughsoftware utilization
  • Proficient in Microsoftsuite of technologies, screen share technologies and other relevantsoftware systems such as Salesforce
  • Abilityto effectively work with all levels at an automotive dealership ordealer group
  • Ability to work remote, nearlyautonomously under moderate supervision with ability to followdepartments standard practices and procedures.
  • Exceptional listening skills and to be able to detectproblems / risks without being in a face-to-face situation, abilityto ask open-ended questions to provoke thoughtful disruption
  • Ability to partner and collaborate closelywith sales, product, and other functions
  • Ability and eagerness to learn and clearly explain differentproducts
  • Ability to travel potentially up to50% although the exact amount may vary depending on client demands,travel consists of in market and overnight or occasional weekends

USD 78,900.00 -118,300.00 peryear

Compensation :

Compensationincludes a base salary of $78,900.00 - $118,300.00. The salary ratemay vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as theultimate location of the position and the selected candidate'sexperience.

In addition to the salary range identified herein, thisrole is also eligible for an annual incentive / commission target of$42,300.00.

TheCompany offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as muchvacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, thecompany's needs, and its obligations;

seven paid holidaysthroughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellnessannually for their own wellness or that of family members.
