Employed Physician Model
Smooth transition of Physician-to-Physician hand-offs
7 on / 7 off schedule; 14 shifts / month
Hours : 12-hr block shift
Weekly Rounder and Admitter Shifts
Energetic Group & Supportive Administration
Average 16 patients per physician, per day
EMR is EPIC throughout all Sanford locations
Teaching opportunities for medical students and residents
No procedures required
Compensation Package
