Job Title : CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
Compensation : $18-20 / hour DOE

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Respond to plan participant inquiries via phone, fax and email or in-person regarding enrollment, distributions, loans, website access and other plan information.
- Respond to plan sponsor inquiries via phone, fax and email.
- Respond to requests for missing information on plan participant data.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with plan sponsors.
- Process plan participant distribution requests timely and accurately.
- Attend and assist with company-wide client functions as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Call center experience
- Knowledge of 401k plans
