For this position, we need someone with controller / director / senior-level accounting experience to oversee the daily administrative operations and manage financial tasks crucial to the success of our company.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized professional with a strong accounting background and experience managing operations and financial functions in a fast-paced service industry environment.

Pay Range : $90,000 - $115,000 a year, depending on experience p lus an annual bonus

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Maintain and streamline accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support business growth.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure efficient job scheduling and dispatching.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding company financials.
• Manage office staff and support HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Foster a positive office environment that aligns with our company's values and commitment to customer service.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 10 years of controller / director / senior-level accounting.
• Strong accounting skills, including knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and payroll processes.
• Advanced QuickBooks and Excel software knowledge, Service Titan experience is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
