The Opportunity
Are you passionate about shaping the employee experience landscape and building out product marketing at an established b2b saas leader?
Workhuman, a social recognition leader, is searching for a dynamic Senior Manager, Product Marketing to join our product marketing team.
In this role, you will work closely with Product and our go to market teams to position, sell, and boost adoption of our core social recognition product.
You’ll also be responsible for managing our launch process and developing other strategic processes. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing product marketing team at an established b2b saas unicorn.

The Skills You Will Bring
- Messaging & positioning rockstar, including direct experience writing and getting buy in on feature and platform level messaging.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to shape perceptions and influence decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Product marketing skills, including working with product management, enabling sales and customer excellence, and running product launches.
- Experience owning the go to market activities for a tech product.
- A background in b2b saas, preferably in the HR persona space.
- A forward-thinker who can align with Workhuman's values and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of workplace solutions.
Achievements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in b2b saas product marketing or similar.
- Proven mastery of core product marketing skills.
- Strong understanding of the employee experience landscape, including key players, industry trends, and challenges (preferred).
