Position Summary :

In each area the CREW MEMBER is greeting and interacting with local guests directly, making their meals, while portioning out the ingredients to company standards.

Works at a variety of stations : dough making pizza topping, prep, baking pizzas, making salads, etc. Crew members must have a passion for customer service.

The work requires reliability, a level of multitasking, attention to detail, and a desire to exhibit exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Task Execution :

• Collaborates with team to prepare food such as pizza, subs and salads, while following topping and cooking instructions.
• Serves customers in a timely manner.
• Maintains store standards by stocking and cleaning.
• Ensures restaurant cleanliness daily by sweeping and mopping floors and sanitizing.
• Enforces and maintains safety and food quality standards.
• Answers phones and inputs orders into the point-of-sale system and accept payment.
• Timely arrives for shift and remains until all duties are complete.

Required Qualifications :

• Success with exhibiting exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to work long shifts.
• Ability to keep inventory organized.
• Great verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow all food safety and cooking instructions.
