The Director of Revenue Managementis responsible for driving total hotel profit optimization using arational disciplined decisionmaking process while managing riskunder current and anticipated market conditions.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degreein business hospitality economics or relatedfield.
- 3 years successful experience in luxuryhotel revenue management preferably in the Boston market.Demonstrated record of high performance and success in previousroles.
- Expert understanding of the hotel techand distribution landscapes including indepth knowledge of allhotel channels connectivity revenue management systems and CRS / PMS functionality.
- Proven experiencesuccessfully navigating large organizations and driving progresswith support teams to achieve propertygoals.
- Proven successful experience workingwith and presenting to ownership groups.
- Provensuccessful experience leading through an ambiguous environment andproactively and independently building newprograms.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills; can influence and build relationships at alllevels.
- Analytical mindset; can gatherinterpret and leverage data for strategicdecisionmaking.
