About You :

• KNOWLEDGEABLE : In-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required; ability to read and understand construction prints and bid documents
• EXPERIENCED : Extensive previous experience with Commercial HVAC systems
• A COMMUNICATOR : Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
• ADAPTABLE : Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
• FLEXIBLE : Available as needed; able to travel to client sites

What You’ll Do :

• INITIATE : Collaborate with Sales team throughout the bidding process and create project outcome projection
• PLAN & PREPARE : Oversee a variety of projects from beginning to end
• EXECUTE : Order equipment and materials, schedule manpower, submit Change Orders, manage worksite safety, and maintain required project documentation
• LEAD : Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
• PERFORM : Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
• SERVICE : Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
