Purpose :
Ensure team completes all projects on time and within budget. Manage cabinet installations for respective teams with keen attention to detail.
General Description :
- Measure jobsite prior to kitchen production to ensure accuracy
- Analyzes project from a technical perspective
- Makes critical contributions to the design, production and fulfillment of project
- Coordinate schedule of installations when installation is purchased through Porcelanosa
- Develop project timelines and assure adherence to schedule
- Supervise kitchen installations
- Provide support to installation in all cases (by Porcelanosa or others)
- Interface with contractors, including technical issues relating project
- Manages and troubleshoots any project related problems, claims, and concerns in a proactive manner
- Provide updated communications on installation progress
- Applies finishing touches on kitchen & fixture installation if necessary
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Requirements :
- Experience in cabinet installation and design is required
- Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to travel to locations throughout the U.S.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
- Commitment to finding solutions for internal / external customers
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization
- Requires ability to lift up to 75 lbs
