ProCare Therapy is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school in North Brookfield, MA. This position offers flexibility with part-time to full-time hours, perfect for candidates looking to work 3 or 4 days a week.
The role will run through the end of the school year, providing services to students with a range of speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
Conduct assessments and re-evaluations to develop and monitor IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student development
Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Attend IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Requirements :
Active SLP license in Massachusetts
Previous experience in school settings preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
