Duties :
- Manage discovery processes, including written discovery, depositions, and document analysis
- Draft and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings and complex motions
- Conduct legal research
- Make court appearances as necessary
- Supervise junior associates and collaborate with supervising partners
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum 3-5 years of civil litigation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including oral argument proficiency
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and competent with technology
Certifications :
CA State Bar License (required)
Skills :

Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in environmental law, including knowledge of laws like CERCLA
