Position Type : Contract to Hire

Position Scope :
Track and manage inventory levels using ERP system while maintaining up-to-date records.
Allocate new products by SKU.
Handle UPS data order processing.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to perform thorough quality control checks on ready-to-ship orders.
Coordinate with warehouse leads to ensure accurate item selection for LTL shipment data processing.
Create Bills of Lading for all freight loads.
Conduct quality control checks using WMS and scanners for pick / pack orders.
Provide quotes and estimates on shipping costs using various types of equipment, factoring in ROI.
Track pending sales and review the backorder log sheet.
Handle emails and phone calls related to shipping and inventory concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
