Caseload : Mild to Moderate, K-12 Grade

About the Role :
- Position : Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Hours : 37.5 hours per week
- Contract Duration : ASAP through May 2025
- Caseload : Mild to moderate needs, K-12 grade levels
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide occupational therapy services to students with mild to moderate needs across all grade levels from K-12.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support students educational and developmental goals.
- Conduct assessments and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective therapy integration.
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to meet students' evolving needs.
Qualifications :
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Texas.
- Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a commitment to fostering student growth.
