What This Position Is All About :

Sales

Act as an Effy Ambassador to deliver individual sales budget.

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that the customer takes priority at all times to maximize selling opportunities.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all product categories.

Clientele Development (Service or Create Connections)

Collect meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships and personalizing future client opportunities while offering an Effy Certificate of Authenticity on all Effy sales.

Demonstrate connected service behaviors to create a positive and rewarding client experience that is warm and hospitable in all customer interactions.

Operations

Assist with inventory control.

Maintain consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards reflecting current execution guidelines and priorities at all times.

Ensure adherence to company retail operating and security procedures.

Teamwork

Create a positive buying environment by fostering collaboration amongst the team.

Provide help and advice to colleagues to achieve sales goals.

Demonstrate a flexible approach, responding positively to any reasonable request.
