Join our team as a Mail Room Specialist, where you’ll handle high-volume printing, document imaging, and mail management.
You’ll manage incoming and outgoing mail, operate duplicating equipment, and keep everything running smoothly. Additionally, you’ll assist with copier maintenance, supply distribution, and handle light maintenance or meeting setups.
What you’ll do :
- Operate high-volume printers, document systems, and mail equipment.
- Perform binding, finishing, and file management tasks.
- Maintain copier areas, troubleshoot issues, and handle service calls.
- Distribute office supplies, mail, and deliveries.
- Assist with meeting setups and occasional light building maintenance.
