Description
Connexa Worx is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role involves managing warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate inventory handling, and supporting the logistics process.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (training available if necessary).
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly targets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
