In this role, you'll help diverse students overcome communication challenges and achieve their potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and assess disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and implement tailored individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Offer direct therapy services and monitor student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support and address communication needs.
- Conduct evaluations, keep detailed records, and participate in team meetings for effective planning.
- Champion students needs, deliver training for staff, and engage in continuous professional growth.
Qualifications :
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current IndianaTeaching Certification required
- Indiana SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Fast / reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks / tablets permitted
Highlights :
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate : $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct / indirect hours / planning periods
