Construction Estimator
Scott Humphrey has partnered with a large and reputable general contractor to assist in finding a Construction Estimator This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Estimator will have a strong track record of completing takeoffs and estimates Ground Up / New Construction. Multifamily / mixed-use experience preferred.
The Estimator has supervisory responsibility for Assistant estimators, Field Engineers, Interns and trade labor in his / her area of responsibility.
Select Responsibilities :
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
- Implement and execute Quality Control / Quality Assurance program.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years as a Estimator, bidding project over $10M in value
- Estimating Software
