Welcome to Chicken Salad Chick, where we offer delicious, scratch-made, Southern-style, craveable favorites served from the heart.
We don’t believe in strangers, just friends we haven’t met yet so come in and enjoy! You’ll find fresh, healthy fare and gracious hospitality at our chicken salad restaurant.
We just have one problem : the restaurant industry is booming and we need to find leaders who want to grow into a career with us.
This is where you come in. The Manager Trainee will shadow a variety of roles in our location. You will be hands on learning the ins and outs of all positions in our location.
If you successfully complete the program there may be opportunities for long term employment.

Ensure a consistent and quality experience for every guest every time.
Skills Needed to Win :
Preferred, currently enrolled or completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant and Tourism Management, or related field.
Follow and Maintain All Health Code Regulation.
Ability to use and adapt to a multitude of softwares.
Enforce Rules and Regulations for Staff.
