Reporting to the Director of Medical / Oncology / Surgical and / or designated supervisors and charge nurses, responsibilities include assessments, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation and documentation of adult and geriatric patients.
Additional accountabilities include counseling and education for patients and families. Overall responsibility is for the nursing care of patients and for maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes, including the supervision of all categories of nursing personnel.
