About the Hospital and Department :
- Position will manage a growing 28 bed ED that sees over 50k annual visits and a team of 80 FTE's
- Well supported by an ED Manager, Clinical Coordinators and Charge Nurses
- Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer
- Strong opportunities for growth and advancement within the health system
Qualifications & Requirements for Director, Emergency Department (RN) :
- Master's degree required (Master's or Bachelor's must be in Nursing)
- Active RN License State of NC
- Minimum of seven (7) years of ER clinical nursing experience required
- Minimum of three (3) years of ER leadership experience as an Emergency Department Manager or Director level required
- INSPIRATIONAL, SERVANT leader who will be able to ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community
- Be able to show a demonstrated track record of improving employee satisfaction / engagement, throughput times, and the patient experience
