Responsibilities
- Designand place print promotional ads.
- Maintainassociations with universities and other educationalinstitutions.
- Qualify leads from differentmarketing campaigns as viable salesopportunities
- Contact prospects via emails andcold calls
- Present the company to prospectiveclients
- Identify client requirements andsuggest them with suitableproducts / services
- Come up with customizedproduct solutions that will help boost customersatisfaction
- Establish longterm relationshipswith the clients
- Seek new businessopportunities in the market proactively
- Submitreports to Business Development Manager on weekly monthly andquarterly salesresults
Requirements
- Knowledgeof resume databases and applicant trackingsystems.
- Familiar with social mediasourcing.
- Outstanding understanding of laborlegislation especially with respect to entrylevelpositions.
- Excellent networkingskills.
- Familiarity with MS Office Excel inparticular
- Excellent communication andnegotiation skills
- Ability to deliverconvincingpresentations
