Territory Manager (Outside Sales Representative) - HVAC Equipment

Slakey has an immediate need for a Territory Manager (Outside Sales Representative) - HVAC Equipment to service new and established accounts in San Jose, CA !

Territory covers the South Bay Area (San Jose, Campbell, Santa Clara, and surrounding areas).

Starting salary range $70,000 - $90,000 to start during training based on experience, then will transition to a commission plan after training.

Responsibilities

  • Introducing and selling HVAC equipment to residential and commercial contractors
  • Targeting potential customers and developing new accounts
  • Bidding jobs, producing quotes, processing customer orders, and providing customers technical product information

Qualifications

  • Related industry outside sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Demonstrated ability to manage details and meet deadlines with accuracy
  • Customer service-oriented approach
