Receptionist for Immigration Law Firm Bilingual English Spanish Reliable and Enthusiastic

Established law firm looking for an experienced Receptionist. Must have at least one year experience and must be bilingual.
WPM 60, Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus. Bilingual. Work Well in Fast Pace Environment.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Must be BILINGUAL Spanish / English speaking
- Must have own transportation
Greeting Clients
Answering phones
Scheduling consultations
Confirm appointments
Calendar court dates, depositions, appointments, & consultations.
Open and distribute mail to Case Managers and Legal Assistants
Take payments via Quickbooks
Salary Range : $14 to $16 per hour.
