Human Resources Generalist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence.

In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager in areas of employee relations, performance management, and benefits.
  • Lead employee orientation, training, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with recruitment and lead the onboarding process and offboarding process for all employees
  • Respond to employee and external inquiries, and process employment verification requests.
  • Maintain and update all employee files using HRIS (UKG)
  • Assist with benefits enrolment and be point of contact for any questions
  • Various HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar Business Filed
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in UKG (Ultipro) is essential
