Preferred Knowledge / Skills :
Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and / or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs :
- Planning and overseeing strategic, operational, and administrative programs, projects, and / or services;
- Utilizing in-depth knowledge of website platform architecture, online business model, and online marketing strategy;
- Showcasing experience in architecting, implementing, and customizing digital analytics solutions within the Adobe Analytics Cloud;
- Understanding Adobe Analytics Cloud ecosystem including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Audience Manager;
- Ensuring functional knowledge of A / B test design and implementation;
- Implementing code to serve experiences within a / b testing and personalization tools such as Adobe Target;
- Proving enhanced experience implementing analytics on websites and applications leveraging tag management systems such as Adobe Launch,Tealium, Ensighten, and Google Tag manager;
- Ensuring 2+ years of experience implementing analytics code on native mobile applications to collect data for analytics tools such such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics;
- Working with a wide variety of programming languages and frameworks that include : HTML, Java, SQL, R, Python, and / or Hadoop, with experience building data pipelines;
- Driving experience with data science, including data classification, data mining, and forecasting using machine learning capabilities in Adobe Analytics;
- Designing, implementing, and managing data within a data layer;
- Using proxy tools to such as Chrome developer tools;
- Performing business and data analytics both as an individual contributor and team member and identifying and addressing business / client needs;
- Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, while quickly assessing feasibility;
- Demonstrating knowledge / experience with data analytics and data visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI);
- Demonstrating knowledge / experience with data management and data science tools;
- Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required to guide use case development;
- Guiding the definition of data management requirements, including translating and documenting needs, assessing data, and implementing appropriate data solutions & data warehousing principles and methodologies;
- Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery / project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process; and,
- Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios to help enable end users to access and use starter kits being developed on top of the platform.
