ARServices is seeking a Program Manager (PEO C4I Executive Office Support Services) to work in the San Diego, CA area.

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to :

• Lead all contract activities, to include directing teams delivering executive office support to PEO C4I in addition to serving as one of the primary subject matter experts (SMEs) for tasks on this effort.
• Oversee Acquisition Management, Life Cycle Logistics, Platform Integration and Modernization, Engineering Support, Cyber Acquisition, Executive Level Support for Flag / Senior Executive Service personnel, and PEO Operations, among others.
• Serve as the onsite primary point of contact for coordination between ARServices and the Navy contract representatives.
• Manage and supervise contract personnel.
• Fulfil and manage open and ongoing staffing requirements.
• Coordinate with the government contract leadership to resolve any problems in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings to promote the effective and efficient management of this contract.
• Create and brief Government contract leadership on Contract Status Reports, Contractor Training Statuses, and other required contract deliverables.

Requirements

Security Clearance Requirement :

Active / current TS / SCI clearance is required.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, IT Systems Technologies, or Business Administration or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience directly supporting a DoD Program Office or similar organization to senior DoD officials or senior Naval officers (Flag / Senior Executive Service (SES) Officials).
• 10+ years of experience providing professional support services such as acquisition management, contract management, life cycle logistics, cyber acquisition, strategic management and strategic communications, and other programmatic support services for a DoD Program Office or similar Naval organization.
• Must have experience leading a team of Acquisition, Finance, and PMO Front Office Support Services for the Navy Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I).

Preferred Qualifications :

• Masters Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent degree / area of study.
• PMP Certification or DAWIA-equivalent.
• Experience managing a program for a Navy Program Executive Office.
