- Participate in requirement gathering via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods to identify areas for process improvement, centered on system enhancements
- Gather and document business requirements to execute identified areas of process improvement needed.
- Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
- Participate in the QA lifecycle to ensure features and functions meet business requirements.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system vendors and / or the project teams.
- Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Capture risks and issues when identified for review with project managers.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, users, business, and IT.
- Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Helps with conversions, implementations, and training of users and systems.
- Creates new reports and dashboard data as requested by business. Competency or position requirements :
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities.
- Problem solving and critical thinking.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Develop and optimize SQL scripts, triggers, and stored procedures.
