Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty : OR - Scrub / Circulate Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days, 8-hour shifts with flexibility for occasional evenings Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum 2 years of operating room experience License : New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License / Registration Certificate required Certifications : - BLS (American Heart Association) Must-Have : Experience with EPIC- Scrubbing experience- Multiple surgical specialty experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to stressful situations- Access to a personal vehicle for commuting Job Description : Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care for patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including highly skilled surgeons, to deliver the highest standard of care.
- Specialize in surgical treatment across a broad spectrum of clinical conditions including endocrine, breast and oncologic, gastrointestinal, colon and rectal, and hepatobiliary procedures.
- Participate actively in maintaining a safe surgical environment.- Adhere to strict procedural guidelines, maintaining updated knowledge of surgical and de-escalation techniques.
- Successfully complete de-escalation training from certified programs (CPI, AVADE, or MOAB) for onboarding and clearance.
- Meet documentation and reporting requirements, ensuring clear and accurate medical records.- Ensure the highest levels of patient confidentiality and data protection.
- Meet the scheduling requirements, including no shift accommodation offers for 10 / 12-hour shifts.- Requested time off must be noted upfront, and no more than five days off will be considered during the assignment.
