Director of Product Compliance

What You Will Do :

  • Lead Technical Compliance for the Caesars Digital.
  • Work with the VP of Product & Technical Compliance, Product Technology, and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino Operations to educate the organization on the expectations and technical requirements adopted by the regulatory bodies.
  • Strategize jurisdictional launches, submissions, and deployments with the VP of Product & Technical Compliance and Caesars Digital Product.
  • Assist the VP of Product & Technical Compliance in managing Caesars relationship with each

regulatory body and independent test labs.

  • Build and maintain an internal database of all technical regulations and approvals across all jurisdictions and become an internal SME on all of its contents.
  • Support the VP of Product & Technical Compliance in interpreting regulatory technical requirements and providing comments to new regulations to ensure the regulatory bodies implement regulation that adheres to the latest industry standards.
  • Assist the VP of Product & Technical Compliance in mentoring the Product Compliance Managers, Engineers, Analysts and Program Management in further understanding the North American Sports Wagering and iGaming sector.
  • Assist the Product Compliance Program Director to manage the technical submissionprocess through completion.
  • Manage documentation required to support all regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain process to ensure only approved software versions are deployed into each regulated market.
  • Work with Product Development and QA Team to ensure software solutions conform to regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate testing procedures to meet regulatory specifications where applicable.
  • Consult with the Legal and Regulatory Compliance, as necessary, to advise on regulatory requirements
  • Stay informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes.

What You Will Need :

  • 7+ years’ experience in Gaming Technical or Product Compliance
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Engagementwith State, Tribal and Independent Test Lab (GLI and BMM) regulatory personnel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deep understanding of the regulations and technical requirements associated with retail / digital sports wagering and iCasino.
  • Building relationships within all levels and disciplines both internal and external to the organization.

Essential Functions / Exposures :

Must be able to sit, type and talk on the phone for extended periods

This role is remote, with one required visit to your designated home office per quarter.

Home Office : Las Vegas, NV

Remote option is available for employees located in the following states : AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, TN, WA, WV, and Washington D.
