Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working with product analytics, web analytics, GTM analytics, customer analytics, or other customer experience analytics
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Databricks, A / B testing, Tableau, and Excel
- Experience in applying Advanced Analytics (incl. machine learning algorithms) to solve business problems and communicating to non-technical audience
- Ability to tell stories with data, influence business decisions at a leadership level, and provide solutions to business problems
- Strong background in statistical analysis, programming, and experimentation
- Exceptional problem-solving, quantitative thinking, organization, time management, and task prioritization skills
- Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to drill down and synthesize as needed
- Strong business and product sense : delight in shaping vague questions into well-defined analyses and success metrics that drive business decisions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive opportunity identification and sizing with our GenAI experiences, unlocking critical funnel optimizations and experimentation efforts to drive customer benefit and business outcomes
- Provide product leaders and stakeholders with guidance on how to use available data for critical business needs and goals
- Effective storytelling with data, to educate and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
- Manage the full cycle of iterative big data exploration, including hypothesis setting, data cleansing, insight generation / visualization, and action planning
- Design and implement the approach needed to methodically and iteratively structure, extract, analyze, validate, and communicate data-backed insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and build analytics and reporting tools that automate self-serve
- Use expertise and independent judgment in collaborating with peers, data engineers, database managers, and business analysts
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $161,500-219,000, Southern California $149,500-202,000.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
