About the Role :
Tree Tech Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tree Foreman to join our team. As a Tree Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of tree care professionals to ensure the safe and efficient completion of all tree care services.
You will be expected to have a deep understanding of tree care practices, including pruning, removals, and plant health care.
Your leadership skills will be essential in managing the team and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in tree care services
- Experience leading a team of tree care professionals
- Deep understanding of tree care practices, including pruning, removals, and plant health care
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate and maintain all necessary equipment
Preferred Qualifications :
- ISA Certified Arborist or Tree Worker Certification
- Experience with tree care software and technology
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- CDL driver's license a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of tree care professionals to complete all tree care services safely and efficiently
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards
- Maintain a deep understanding of tree care practices, including pruning, removals, and plant health care
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure that all work is completed to their satisfaction

Skills :
As a Tree Foreman, you will use your leadership, communication, and technical skills on a daily basis. You will lead a team of tree care professionals, communicate effectively with clients and team members, and maintain a deep understanding of tree care practices.
You will also use your technical skills to operate and maintain all necessary equipment, and your problem-solving skills to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in maintaining the high standards of Tree Tech Inc.
