Description
The Senior Manager, Last Mile will lead Kraft Heinz’s growth plans with key last mile partners including Instacart and Shipt.
The role spans account management, eCommerce sales and marketing, and strategic growth planning. The Sr. Manager will lead KHC’s relationship with Last Mile customers, including annual joint business plan negotiation, detailed planning and execution of marketing campaigns, and reporting on results.
The role will work internally with retail media and ecommerce teams to translate KHC’s category growth strategies for a Last Mile marketplace.

What's on the menu?
Lead and grow strategic partnerships with key Last Mile platforms (Instacart, Shipt). Prepare for and lead annual planning negotiations, quarterly business reviews, and ad hoc strategy sessions
Translate KHC brand strategy and game plan into activation calendar and marketing plan, collaborating with brand managers, omni shopper marketing, and retail media teams
Use a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve and drive marketing spend efficiencies with each platform
Negotiate favorable terms with platform partners and iterate to increase return on investment and market share
Plan and manage a marketing and trade spend budget across platforms, brands, and time periods
Coach and support a Sr. Analyst (indirect report) in strategic planning and post-event analysis
Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, brand management, or related fields
Strong understanding of CPG & the CPG eCommerce landscape
Strategic planning and resource allocation ability
Analytical skills and familiarity with key marketing and advertising metrics ability to optimize ad and promotional spend to drive sales an market share
Strong relationship building and cross-functional management skills
Experience in business negotiations with service providers / vendors
Ability to communicate strategy and learnings in written and presentation / spoken format
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in the Chicago or Seattle office, with 3-5 travel or visits to external locations a year;
offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations

00 - $193,995.00Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus).
Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals.
Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
