The Digital Banking Product Manager is responsible for the enterprise roadmap of digital banking products and capabilities that meet the ever-evolving needs of our members which includes working closely with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, marketers, back-office operators, and business analysts to bring member benefits to life to ensure Dupaco digital platforms meet the needs of members and help maintain a sustainable cooperative.
You will :
- Conduct market research and member analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities.
- Develop product roadmaps and define product vision and strategy that prioritize member needs and financial well-being.
- Work with designers to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure products are built to meet technical specifications.
- Launch and manage new digital banking features.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics to ensure features are meeting the evolving needs of our members.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in digital banking and FinTech.
- Demonstrate an understanding of our key member personasby developing unique value propositions.
- Develop business case and rationale for new digital initiatives, in partnership with Finance and product subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Serve as chair or Digital Steering Committee to govern the many cross-functional dependencies that make our digital touchpoints more successful.
- Partner with digital marketing to ensure seamless digital touchpoints across platforms through marketing campaigns, automations, and digital marketing technologies (e.g. Salesforce).
- Manage our new AI generated member insights platform, which also humanizes member account transaction details.
- Provide vendor management of third-party solutions that integrate into the Dupaco digital platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
You'll Need :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, technology, marketing, digital product management, product management, interface design, operations, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in product management, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Ability to meet sales targets, membership growth and retention goals.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to bring clarity, flexibility, and business pragmatism.
- General understanding of State of Iowa regulations, Federal law, and NCUA regulations as they pertain to all online website and online banking activity.
