Job Opportunity : Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) & Behaviorally Trained Staff Members Wanted

Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. (BILT, Inc.) is a growing non-profit organization seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behaviorally trained staff members to join our team.

We provide in-home and community-based services for individuals ranging from age 4 through adulthood, with a primary focus on those aged 14 to 30.

Who We Are : Our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities by helping them build essential life skills that foster independence.

Using naturalistic and incidental teaching methods, we work with individuals and their families to create personalized plans that focus on key goals such as :

  • Volunteering and community involvement
  • Physical fitness and exercise routines
  • Developing life skills like navigating the community and managing daily responsibilities (ADLs and IADLs)

As we continue to expand our programs and services, there is significant room for professional growth within our organization.

Responsibilities : As a member of our team, you will :

  • Provide in-home direct care and community-based skill-building for individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Assist with the development of daily living skills (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
  • Offer respite care to the individual's guardians
  • Maintain professional relationships with families while building a positive rapport with individuals
  • Work collaboratively to assess and achieve each individual's unique goals
