Salary / Pay Rate / Compensation :
Starting Salary : $120,000 per year,
plus vacation, holiday, sick leave, 10 paid holidays, and health expenses.
What's a typical day as Director of Operations? You'll be :
- Identifying game-changing research opportunities and managing personnel in developing and implementing algorithms.
- Addressing and reporting progress and problems in all areas of research.
- Designing, developing, and implementing incident response strategies and adhering to company policies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Have a Master's or Ph.D. preferred degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Possess a background in machine learning and statistics with proficiency in coding languages such as MATLAB, R, Python, C++, etc.
- Have experience in applied work with real data and can initiate innovative solutions and product development.
- Are comfortable designing heuristics or models to solve problems and can communicate scientific findings to technical experts.
- Have strong written communication skills and a publication record reflecting substantial experience in numerical experiments and hypothesis testing.
- Have at least 5-10 years of military experience or affiliation.
