We are seeking a result-driven sales professional to join our ever-expanding sales force.
The Inside Sales Associate will be a core member of the KINGWIRE Sales Team at KINGWIRE and will report to the General Manager.
This role is responsible for servicing existing key accounts along with onboarding new accounts to help grow our existing portfolio of business.
The success of this position relies on establishing relationships with both agents, electrical distributors, and customers across the continental United States.
This position will be tasked with servicing customers’ needs while maximizing profit margin by executing the company’s vision for success.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develop and maintain strong, personal relationships with manufacturers reps and electrical distributors.
- Work directly with the Regional Sales Managers in understanding market pricing within the individual territories and understand the key customer accounts.
- Provide customers with current price sheets.
- Work with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.
- Service existing customer base while assisting with bringing in new customer targets.
- Order entry within the Company’s ERP system.
- Provide shipping timelines and order tracking for all orders processed to customers and manufacturers reps.
- Follow up on quotes and pricing with both customers and manufacturers reps.
- Positively contribute to team effort by assisting with meeting sales goals / budgets.
- Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Knowledgeable and always stays current on economic conditions and demand from customers.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with high integrity and an ethical approach to sales and business relationships.
- Ability to negotiate and finalize sales when there are sometimes adverse situations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to concisely articulate business issues with the General Manager.
- Exhibits the willingness to learn and complete tasks as assigned.
- Exhibits the ability to multitask with strong organizational skills.
- Exhibits high energy with motivation to achieve personal goals that are in line with the goals of the Company.
- Exhibits the ability to collaborate with members of the organization in a positive manner.
- Exhibits attention to detail to minimize errors for order accuracy.
