PRN Physical Therapist

Infinity Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapist interested in working in home health (travel required). This position primarily evaluates and treats the aging adult population including providing starts of care / OASIS.

You will work with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities with a focus on balance and fall prevention, therapeutic exercises for functional strengthening, patient / family education, mobility, core strengthening, and pain management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy - required

Current Physical Therapist license in good standing in this state - required

Adult rehab experience (1 year) - preferred
