Responsibilities

Howmet Fastening Systems is looking for a Machinist IV to operate CNC and Manual production equipment in their Kingston, NY manufacturing facility.

Job duties and Responsibilities :

• Setup, Run and Troubleshoot CNC, one any type machines. (Mill, Lathe, Grind)
• Edit programs, use master / macro programs, use conversational programming tools IGF, FAPT, CAP, etc.
• Sets up and operates measurement and test equipment required to ensure that quality requirements are met.
• Perform the duties of Operator in all other areas as required.

Salary range $26.88 / hr -$28.63 / hr

Qualifications

Basic Requirements : Education :

Education :

High School diploma or GED

Preferred Education :

Associate Degree in Advanced Manufacturing Technology

Basic Qualifications :

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

CNC Lathe, Mill or Grind set-up and run experience
