Job Duties :
- Communicate verbally and in writing with clients, lawyers, and third parties.
- Supervise junior associates and collaborate with experts in various fields.
- Assist in fact development and participate in depositions.
- Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
- Contribute to case strategy development and execution.
Requirements :
- JD degree from a nationally recognized law school.
- Admission to practice law in California.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
- Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industries is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and business judgment.
- Proficiency in managing projects and supervising junior associates.
Education and Certifications :
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.
