Summary : To maintain a safe, functional, physical environment for patients, employees and guests.
Pay Range : $20 / hr. to $25 / hr.
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday from 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m., in addition to On Call as needed
Responsibilities :
- General building repair and maintenance.
- Grounds maintenance.
- Routine plumbing and electrical.
- Prepare facility for special functions, including setting up tables, chairs and equipment.
- Respond in a timely manner to alarms and codes.
- Facility cleaning.
- Complies with facility safety, infection control and security program.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air conditioning with experience in repair and maintenance.
- Fundamental understanding of machinery / equipment
