Responsibilities

Client Consultation : Engage with current and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.

Inbound Calls : Handle incoming calls efficiently, address inquiries, and offer appropriate solutions.

Policy Customization : Design and recommend insurance plans that best suit each client's requirements.

Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios by suggesting additional products or services.

Relationship Building : Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Continuous Learning : Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer well-informed advice to clients.

Requirement

Licensing : Possession of an active Illinois Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Centric : Demonstrated commitment to meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations.

Adaptability : Ability to excel in a hybrid remote work environment while maintaining productivity and teamwork.

Team Collaboration : Capable of working effectively within a team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems and other communication tools is beneficial.
