Requirement : Must be active-duty U.S. Military Service Member who qualifies for participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program.

Location : Work onsite every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Remote Tuesday & Thursday. Must live in the Chesapeake region.

Overview : During the internship period, the Intern will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the Real Estate industry.

The intern will get on the job training that allows them to put their best foot forward as an agent when the internship is completed.

What you will learn :

• Real Estate Sales - contract to close
• Transaction Coordinating Management
• Operations
• Client care and pipeline management
• ISA (Inside Sales Agent)
• Any activity deemed necessary by Search7Cities to accelerate learning and growth

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - During the internship period, the Intern shall have the responsibility of learning all aspects of Search7Cities Real Estate Group.

This includes but not limited to :

• Real Estate Sales - contract to close
• Transaction Coordinating Management
• Operations
• Client care and pipeline management
• ISA (Inside Sales Agent)
• Any activity deemed necessary by Search7Cities to accelerate learning and growth

QUALIFICATIONS :

Must have Real Estate License, in the process of obtaining Real Estate license, or interested in obtaining license after transitioning out of the military.

Our brokerage covers the cost of the class expense.

• High school graduate
• Preferably an active Real estate license

• Mentorship and guidance via weekly SkillBridge Intern Zoom Meetings.
• PM Fundamentals course, Resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview skills course.
• Other free resources, including an electronic copy of 'How to Speak Civilian Fluently'.

Other :

Not all internships include certification training by Vets2PM, as many host companies include their own internship-focused training instead.
