A company is looking for a Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LAC, LCAC or CADC) in Kentucky for a part-time, remote position.Key Responsibilities : Provide counseling to members through various communication methods to monitor progress on their recovery journeyConduct initial assessments and offer therapeutic strategies to help members deal with temptations and cravingsCollaborate with team members and provide feedback to ensure a positive member experienceRequired Qualifications : Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in delivering CBT and behavioral support for substance use disordersBachelor's degreeProficiency in evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing and Medication Assisted TreatmentsAbility to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals from different disciplinesHold an active state credential (license / certification) issued from the state of Kentucky credentialing board
