RN Job description
Sanzie HealthCare Services Inc. services shall be supervised by qualified staff. Each staff member providing services to a client shall be evaluated in writing by his or her supervisor, at least annually, either through direct observation or demonstration, on the job tasks the staff member must perform .
A Registered nurse shall supervise any nursing services provided. Services shall include :
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor will complete and participate in establishing and implementing the client's service plan in coordination with the staff providing the client's services.
- Provide services hourly or per visit to meet the required professional care.
- Regularly assess the nursing needs of the client.
- Conduct an initial face-to-face assessment of the client at the client's home of resident with.
- Provide nursing services as needed and by the client's service plan
- Work with clients and their families, accessing the home environment to determine the needs of clients.
- Report problems and progress of the client to the supervisor and personnel or the client's Physicians
- Responsible for supervising CNAs and other home health aides.
- The Licensed RN shall perform an annual assessment and performance of the PCA, CNA, COMPANION, or SITTERS by direct observation or demonstration of tasks while the supervisees perform assigned tasks.

- RN Supervisor will supervise supervisory visits, as the supervisory home visit may be made when the provider receives a complaint concerning services.
- The frequency of PCA supervisory home visits to each client's residence is at least every 30-62 days, starting from the date of initial service in place or as the level of care required to ensure that the client's needs are met .
In addition, supervisory visits shall be scheduled occasionally when the PCA is performing assigned tasks.
The visit shall include
- An assessment of the client's general condition
- Vital signs
- Review of the progress being made,
- Problems encountered by the client and the
- Client satisfaction with the client's satisfaction with the services being delivered by the provider's staff.
- Client satisfaction with the services being delivered by the provider staff (such supervision shall also include observations and appropriateness of the level of care being offered
- Routine quarterly supervisory visits shall be made in the client's residence and shall be documented in the client's file or service plan
