Salaried Floater Caregiver

Here's the scoop on the position :

We need a daytime floater caregiver and a nighttime floater caregiver.

The daytime floater caregiver would need to be available Monday-Friday 7am-7pm to pick up the phone when we call and fill a shift in Sumner, Davidson, Wilson, or Robertson County within 1 hour of our call.

The floater position would primarily be filling in for last minute call-offs and for new clients starting ASAP.

The nighttime floater caregiver would be available to fill last minute call-offs between the hours of 7pm-7am.

For both positions, the hours will vary.

Some weeks you might work 12 hours, some weeks you might work 36, some might be 20, but the pay will always be $720.

Job Responsibilities

• Be available to immediately pick up the phone Monday through Friday 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
• Be available to leave from your house within 30 minutes of our phone call to fill any caregiving shift
• Be an AMAZING caregiver that will represent us well and provide outstanding care
