  • Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and / or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
  • Follows all operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Accurately handling various forms of cash transactions, decision-making, problem solving, complaint resolution, and customer service.
  • Ensures appearance of bar and lounge are maintained in a clean and functional manner.
  • Demonstrates an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on duty.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies / procedures, and internal control protocols.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to risks associated with travel between buildings and back and forth to other areas as may be required due to business demands.

The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, including second-hand environmental smoke. The noise level in the work environment varies from light to moderate.
