- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and / or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
- Follows all operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
- Accurately handling various forms of cash transactions, decision-making, problem solving, complaint resolution, and customer service.
- Ensures appearance of bar and lounge are maintained in a clean and functional manner.
