Clinical RN Coordinator ($60 / hr + free onsiteparking)

Responsibilities :
- Supervise clinical operations on nursing floors
- Make clinical rounds to ensure proper nursing care
- Support charge nurses with medical interventions
- Assess and intervene in crisis situations
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and policies
- Adjust staffing and scheduling as needed
- Communicate concerns to Nurse Manager / DON
- Serve as a resource for staff counseling and development
- Conduct education programs with the Professional DevelopmentDepartment
- Collect and analyze data for research projects
- Participate in Nursing advisory committees and meetings
- Support Quality Improvement programs and initiatives
Qualifications :
- Active MA RN license
- Minimum 2 years in hospital setting or 3-5 years in long-term care
- At least 5 years of leadership experience (charge nurse, supervisor,staffing)
- Flexibility to work at both Roslindale and Dedham sites
- Willingness to educate staff and provide training
- Competence in nursing skills
- Ability to work with all personality types
- B.L.S. Certification required / A.C.L.S. Certificate preferred
