Orion Talent, the nation’s largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for a Leadership Development Program with a family-owned and operated company that has been at the forefront of the petroleum industry for over 60 years.
Position Details : Operations Management Leadership Development Program
- Location : Flexibility required; program will likely begin in either Memphis, TN or Lubbock, TX
- Full relocation assistance is provided
- Shift : Typically, M-F, 8-hour shifts.
- Compensation : $79-$81k, salary increases upon promotion (typically after 1 year)
- Bonuses / Additional Compensation Profit Sharing and incentive annual bonus opportunities (typically up to 10%).
- Benefits : Company offers a benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, life, Short- and Long-Term Disability;
401(k) match, profit sharing, and several other benefits.
- Travel : 10% (occasional overnights)

The program is typically about 18-24 months in length, during which you will receive hands-on training and experience in plant operations, staffing / scheduling, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), operational efficiencies, and asset maintenance / integrity / capital planning.
After completing your training, you'll be relocated to another Ergon site located throughout the United States, where you'll take on a Facility Management position.Requirements :
- 4-year degree in a technical discipline or industrial-related field
- Open to relocate up to two times, initially and upon program completion in 18-24 months
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Be willing to listen to feedback, learn, and take on assignments that will stretch your abilities
- Military Veterans are highly desirable
